Peninsula Cystic Fibrosis Network - Hospital Web Sites
    There are six hospitals within the Peninsula Cystic Fibrosis Network.
    Barnstaple, North Devon District Hospital - (http://www.northdevonhealth.nhs.uk)
    Northern Devon Healthcare Trust was established in 1991 to manage the North Devon District Hospital in Barnstaple. NDDH provides acute hospital services to the people of North Devon and neighbouring towns and villages in North East Cornwall and Mid Devon, a core population of around 165,000 people.
    Exeter, The Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital - (http://www.rdehospital.nhs.uk)
    The RD&E provides acute hospital services to around 350,000 people in Exeter, East Devon and Mid Devon and offers specialist services such as cancer care, plastic and reconstructive surgery, orthopaedic surgery, paediatric care and renal services to people living further afield in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, Dorset and Somerset.
    Plymouth, Derriford Hospital - (http://www.plymouthhospitals.nhs.uk)
    Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust is an acute and general hospital providing services to 460,000 people in Plymouth, East Cornwall and South West Devon as well as specialist treatments to a population of up to two million from across Devon, Cornwall and Dorset.
    Taunton, Musgrove Park Hospital - (http://www.tsft.nhs.uk)
    Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, is the largest General Hospital in Somerset and serves a population of over 340,000. Adults with cystic fibrosis at Musgrove Park receive an annual review performed by clinicians from Exeter.The paediatric Cystic Fibrosis service at Musgrove Park is linked with Bristol Children's hospital.
    Torquay, Torbay Hospital - (http://www.sdhct.nhs.uk)
    The South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust catchment area covers 300 square miles - from South Dartmoor to the length of coastline which stretches from the mouth of the River Exe (Dawlish), past the Teign and Dart estuaries (beyond Dartmouth). Torbay Hospital therefore serves a resident population of approaching 300,000 people, plus about 100,000 visitors at any one time during the summer holiday season.
    Truro, The Royal Cornwall Hospital - (http://www.rcht.nhs.uk)
    The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is the principal provider of acute care services in the county of Cornwall. It serves a population of around 400,000 people, a figure more than doubled by holidaymakers during the busiest times of the year. The Trust employs approximately 4,500 staff and currently has a budget of approximately 245 million.
